  • Humans / Humanoid Characters

  • NSFW and Fetish Content

  • Religious Themes

  • Themes Promoting Hate Speech

General

  • have the right to refuse or cancel a commission for any reason.

  • You must be at least 16+ to commission me.

  • It's prohibited to trace, obscure my watermark, edit or claim my art as your own.

  • Usage of my artwork for AI-generation or NFTS is prohibited.

  • I reserve the rights to post any finished artwork to my social medias and/or use as examples for future commissions

  • A clear reference without shading is preferred for color accuracy!

  • I'm not very good at estimating deadlines/prefer not to follow one.

  • Failure to follow my TOS will result in being blacklisted.

Payment & Refunds

▶ I take payments through paypal in USD only!

  • There will be no refunds after the sketch is agreed on.

  • Full payment is expected after sending the final sketch.

  • There may be a complexity fee added depending on what you want.

  • Additional characters for fullbodies will have an additional fee.

Art Permissions

  • My commissions are for personal and non-commercial use ONLY.

  • Upon receiving the final piece, you are permitted to post it to your characters toyhou.se or use it as an icon AS LONG as proper credit is provided.

  • Under no circumstances should my signature be removed or edited out of both the sketch and the finished piece.
